A New Approach to Developing the EI of Employees, Leadership, and Teams

Enhancing Self- and Social Awareness using Three Symbols

We built our entire system on three intuitive symbols. Each symbol represents a range of emotions. Users are encouraged to choose the symbol that resonates with them the most, without overthinking it.

Heart love emotions represent: energy, excitement, connection, joy, happiness and/or love.
Flame, or burn emotions, represent: feeling drained, fatigued, empty, disconnected, frustrated, angry and/or burned out.
Lines, or neutral emotions, represent: feeling undecided, unspecific, okay, neither and/or neutral.

MUA's EQ training is a valuable investment in the success of your people, culture, and overall business wellbeing. According to a study by TalentSmart, EQ is the dominant factor (58%) in influencing job performance, leading to a 20% increase in customer satisfaction and a 34% increase in profitability.

HR can monitor their team’s interactions in real-time and feel the pulse of their organization, uncover hidden pains and gains, and prevent crises before they even start.

“It all starts with self-awareness, which is the foundation of EI, and it builds from there.
