The MUA Survey is a user-friendly pulse survey that measures your team’s engagement and feedback. It’s a white-glove product from MUA, meaning we handle everything for you, from setup to reporting. 

Participants can engage with the MUA Survey through the MUA Software or through a browser link. In the survey, using simple metrics, users can rate such aspects of their work experience as company culture, engagement, and colleague relationships. 

The MUA Survey will provide you with a report offering insights into your team’s emotional commitment and workplace satisfaction. Each report is presented by one of our MUA coaches or experts, who provide advice and answer questions.

Yes. The MUA Survey is a white-glove product from MUA, meaning we handle setup, launch, monitoring, and reporting for you.

Are we able to see the names of our employees as part of the reporting?

No. MUA never shares employee identities unless they opt in at the end of the survey.

Should we make employee participation a requirement? 

We recommend using language that empowers employees to participate, emphasizing that their opinions are valuable and matter to the organization.

Should we repeat the MUA Survey?

Yes, we recommend repeating the survey at least every three months.
