Does MUA offer support to help my team get the most out of the program?

Yes. Our customer service team treats your employees like premium users. We’re here to answer all their questions, offer advice, and provide support for optimal usage.

Are we able to see the names of our employees as part of the reporting?

No. To protect their privacy, MUA never discloses an employee’s identity or any content they’ve written within the software.

After our team completes the program, for how long do we have access to the reporting platform?

After you receive the report, you’ll have access to it for 90 days. Monthly subscribers can access all information at any time, up until they end their subscription.
